Returns With Receipts

The return of any item purchased at the Nursery is accepted within 28 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and accompanied by the till receipt/delivery note.

Card purchases can only be refunded on the credit or debit card of the person who originally paid for the item. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.

Purchases made by gift tokens will be refunded back onto a gift token.

For items purchased in a sale, a refund can only be issued within 7 days of purchase in the form of a credit note, to the value of the item printed on the receipt.

Please note, we are unable to accept bank statements as a proof of purchase.

Returns Without Receipts

Please note that any item not accompanied by proof of purchase but bearing identification and in its original packaging, will be considered for a credit note on an individual basis.

If a credit note is issued for any reason, please note that we will require a name and postcode for our records.

If your goods are faulty and you don’t have the receipt, you still have the same rights to a repair, refund or replacement as under the Consumer Rights Act
