• Slow braised lamb rump on a trivet of stuffing with pine nuts and rosemary, served with a red wine & mint gravy
• Poached salmon fillet with a lattice of smoked salmon and a creamy wild mushroom and champagne sauce
• A rich steak & port pie with a Stilton suet crust
• Spicy bean and vegetable slice with a creamy tzatziki style sauce

• Homemade rhubarb and apple crumble with custard
